The Ark State House opened its doors in 2018 and is located 30 kilometers from the city of Yeysk near the village

Dolzhanskaya is located on the Long Spit of the Sea of Azov, which is preferred by an increasing number of Russians every year.

We present you 9 separate rooms with all amenities on the Sea of Azov.

We have NO OTHER BUILDINGS!

The territory is fenced and equipped with 9 rooms!

We have no branches, no other numbers, no buildings!

we have:

Each room has its own outdoor terrace with a canopy, with a dining table and chairs.

Each room has one double bed (140*190), one bunk bed (90*190), refrigerator with freezer, LCD TV, kettle, chiffonier with shelves and hangers, coffee table, private bathroom with shower and sink, and of course an individual split system.

- 5 rooms with separate courtyards - it is acceptable to stay with small breed dogs (in agreement with the Administration),

3 of them have an individual kitchen.  

- 4 rooms with a shared courtyard.

The kitchen is shared. Dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, a 4-burner stove, a 2-burner stove, a sink, a microwave oven - all this is at your service.

Bed linen is provided free of charge. Linen change once every 5 days.

There is an individual shower and toilet in each room.  Provision of liquid soap and toilet paper for free.

Round-the-clock video surveillance of the common area.

Parking is free.

Provision of free barbecue, barbecue nets, skewers.

WI-FI is free throughout the Kovcheg Guest House.

A 5-MINUTE walk to the warm Sea of Azov from the Kovcheg Guest House, in close proximity to well-maintained beaches.

All this will allow you to enjoy your vacation and get a boost of good mood.
