It opened its doors in 2018 and is located 30 kilometers from the city of Yeysk near the village of Dolzhanskaya on the Long Spit of the Sea of Azov, which is preferred by an increasing number of Russians every year.

We present you 9 separate rooms with all amenities on the Sea of Azov.

Each room has one double bed, one bunk bed (one and a half), a refrigerator with a freezer, an LCD TV, a kettle, a chiffonier, a coffee table and, of course, an individual split system. 5 rooms with private courtyards and individual terraces, 4 rooms with a shared courtyard and an individual terrace.

Shared kitchen. Dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, a stove with 4 burners, a sink, a microwave oven - all this is at your service.

Bed linen is provided free of charge. Change of linen 1 time in 3 days (on request).

Individual shower and toilet in each room. Provision of liquid soap and toilet paper for free.

Round-the-clock video surveillance of the common area.

Parking is free.

Provision of a barbecue grill, barbecue net, skewer for free.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Guest house.

A 5-MINUTE walk to the warm Sea of Azov from the guest house "Kovcheg", in close proximity to well-maintained beaches.
